Nicky Etherson, Mindset and Executive Coach

Nicky is passionate about the field of equestrianism. She has been a true grass roots equestrian for over 40 years balancing horses with the needs of a fast paced career.

Nicky is qualified both as an Executive Coach and an Elite Equestrian Life (Mind) Coach.  Nicky's approach to coaching builds on her experience and is relaxed but focused, using thought-provoking tools and questions using techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).
